🔥 Testing under controlled temperatures

This advanced test line combines our well-known MFT platform for functional circuit testing (FCT) with three HCU units.

▪️ 2x HCU for heating products up to 80°C
▪️ 1x HCU for cooling the products after testing

Compared to traditional ovens, the HCUs offer a compact and efficient way to perform temperature-controlled testing within the production flow.

Another example of how IPTE combines test handling, fixtures and test applications into one integrated solution.

Together with our customer, we successfully validated two test solutions.

▪️ Integrated inline solution for efficient flashing, room-temperature functional testing, and high-temperature functional testing, all within a streamlined oven-based process.
▪️ Offline solution enabling parallel testing of 36 final products simultaneously in a climatic test chamber (burn-in solution).

At IPTE, we deliver the full scope for test-related projects, combining test handling, test fixtures and the test application all in-house.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the mayor to our IPTE site in Heroldsberg. A valuable opportunity to showcase our activities, exchange insights and discuss future opportunities.
