"Where books meet brilliance: museum-grade cases for libraries!" 📖

Do you love stepping away from the sea of noise that is the outside world, just to stroll down the book-filled aisles of a library, surrounded by nothing but quiet? We like to bring our expertise to these realms of collective memory and curiosity, and their display needs.

What makes our table cases perfect for libraries? The versatility to showcase everything from ancient manuscripts to contemporary artifacts with equal elegance. Our Standard Table Case comes in multiple dimensions (1200mm or 1500mm lengths with 250mm or 400mm glass heights) ensuring perfect visibility for items of any size while maintaining the highest conservation standards.

But that's not all! Our new Modular Table Case is revolutionizing how libraries approach exhibitions. Librarians and curators can now rearrange, adapt, and reuse showcases for different exhibitions - whether temporary, evolving, or traveling. Why invest in single-use display solutions when you can transform your space with each new collection?

📣 Are you a library professional looking to elevate your institution's display capabilities? Discover how Meyvaert showcases blend seamlessly with any library environment, creating the perfect balance between presentation, preservation, and protection.

"From vision to victory: honoring heroes, showcasing sacrifice!" 🏅

We could not be more proud and honored to be the showcase provider for the groundbreaking National Medal of Honor Museum in Arlington, Texas. Opening last week, this spectacular 101,000-square-foot museum is a testament to American bravery, designed by world-renowned architect Rafael Viñoly Architects.

Our meticulously designed and installed 90 high-quality Meyvaert showcases to ensure every heroic story is presented, preserved, and protected with the dignity it deserves.

The museum is a marvel of storytelling and inspiration, highlighting the extraordinary achievements of Medal of Honor recipients. With fewer than 4,000 individuals ever receiving this highest military decoration, each artifact tells a powerful story of courage.

The museum's unique design features five columns at the entrance, symbolizing each branch of the military – a powerful architectural metaphor for the individual acts of heroism celebrated within.

"Employee in the spotlight!" ✨

Meet Vinicius Stump, our Project Manager who brings a profound perspective to our museum showcase work. As a Project Manager, he contributes valuable expertise to our international projects across multiple continents.

"What drives me is thinking about how we are sheltering objects that represent our own existence on this planet! Each object in our showcases is a testimonial of our culture, who we are, and how we got here. It might sound grandiose, but this is what motivates me to pursue every necessary detail required by each unique project. When we see a piece of clay, a cloth, or a scroll displayed in a museum, there's so much behind it—the best material choice, optimal lighting specifications, conservation requirements, and more. It's a whole universe contained in a single object." 🌍

Rather than highlighting a specific project, Vinicius is most proud of contributing to 's expansion into new markets and cultures. "Right now, I'm directly involved in projects across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and many parts of Europe, and I'm excited to see each result!" 🧭

When not managing museum projects, Vinicius prioritizes family time above all: "After living in four different countries with them, I've learned that the best part is enjoying simple moments, like biking on a sunny Sunday." 🚲

He also dedicates free time to artistic pursuits: "I love to spend some of my free time on drawings and paintings. I use different techniques, and the subjects vary, but it's a relaxing exercise of expressing my thoughts and personal style through colors, lines, and textures." 🎨

"Different socks, same mission: Meyvaert's commitment to inclusion!" 🧦

Last Friday, we celebrated diversity in a colorful way! Our offices were filled with mismatched socks as we joined the global movement.

It was inspiring to see our express their commitment to inclusion through this simple yet powerful gesture. Just as we design each museum showcase to highlight an artifact's unique qualities, those mismatched socks reminded us that our differences make our world—and our workplace—more beautiful. 💝

Thank you to everyone who participated! At Meyvaert, we believe that preserving culture and celebrating humanity will always go hand in hand. 🤝

"Proud to be part of art history in the making!" 🎨

What a privilege to play a vital role in the conservation of two of the greatest masterpieces in art history! As the supplier of showcases for both the Ghent Altarpiece by the Van Eyck brothers and Rembrandt's Night Watch, we witness how these exceptional works are treated with the utmost care.

Both works are currently being restorated. The restoration projects in Ghent and Amsterdam beautifully demonstrate the international collaboration and craftsmanship needed to preserve our cultural heritage for future generations.

The synergy between these two iconic projects underscores the importance of knowledge exchange and innovation in the world of art conservation. Our showcases are designed to both protect the artworks and make the restoration process optimally visible to visitors.

We look forward to the progress of both projects and wish all the experts involved a lot of success!

"Cheers to our Champions!" 🍹

Last week, our HR team surprised all colleagues who successfully completed Tournée Minérale with a delicious mocktail in our distinctive Meyvaert-orange accent color.

A month without alcohol requires discipline and perseverance qualities that our people also demonstrate in their daily work at Meyvaert. Of course, as a , we motivate each other.

You've proven that 'mens sana in corpore sano' is not just an expression, but a lifestyle!

Thank you to everyone who participated and to HR for this tasty gesture. Here's to more healthy initiatives together! 🧡
