After months of dedicated work, DYNASET has delivered this impressive project as a contractor for BEFIMMO. The assignment was the realization of five office levels with raised access floors, active ceilings, and spaces ready for immediate use. Additionally, sanitary facilities and a reception area with shower units were completed.

We would like to extend our appreciation to the Befimmo project team for the outstanding collaboration and the trust placed in us.

A while back, we wrapped up the renovation works at — and we’re still thrilled with the result! 🙌

Together with Pieter & Greet, we redesigned and enlarged the lunch area into a warm, inviting space where coworkers can eat, grab a coffee, or toast to small (and big) wins. ☕🥂

The first floor also got a full makeover — from top to toe, A to Z — creating a modern, comfortable workspace that meets today’s standards.

The collaboration with Pieter & Greet was a real pleasure — open, constructive, and solution-oriented every step of the way.
