The larger and more complex the component, the more demanding the surface treatment. Dimensions, weight and variable geometries all require a carefully controlled process.

With six fully equipped production lines, nickel baths with a capacity of up to 16,500 litres and a lifting capacity of up to 10 tonnes, MVT is equipped to process components measuring up to 4.5 metres in length. The result? Large components with a uniform, wear- and corrosion-resistant coating, finished with the same precision as smaller parts.
