Celebrating 𝟗𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 together. 🎉 To mark this important chapter in the history of our organization, around 1,000 colleagues and their partners joined us in Ieper (Belgium) for an evening under a beautiful Indian summer sun, filled with great food, live music, meaningful conversations, and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

This milestone is not only about our past achievements. It is also about the people who continue to shape our future every day through their 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. 💚

Thank you to everyone who today and in the past contributed to the success of our organization. 🤝 Together, we look back with pride on 90 years of success and 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 to the years ahead. 👀

This month, we are proud to celebrate a very special milestone: 𝟐𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚. 🎉

What started in 2006 has grown into a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 between our teams in Belgium and Romania. 🤝 Together, we have built a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence, delivering 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 to customers worldwide.

To mark this special occasion, no fewer than 80 Belgian colleagues visited our Romanian production facility ✈️ and were fully immersed in Romanian culture. Traditional Romanian cuisine, activities in the country's beautiful natural surroundings, and a festive evening celebration together with around 250 Romanian colleagues all served as memorable moments that reaffirmed the importance and strength of 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫-𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩.

Together, we look forward to continuing this 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 for many years to come. 🤩

As their internship journeys at Psicontrol are coming to an end, we'd like to recognize the contributions of Thomas Chochoy, Clément Tassin and Saakshi Jagtap. All three are master’s students 🧑‍🎓 in 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 & 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 from JUNIA (Engineering School) in Lille, France.

Over the past few months, they have been supporting our R&D team through 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬, while gaining 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 in an industrial environment. 🤝

Safety is becoming increasingly important in the design of electronic systems. 🛡️ And that explains why three of our colleagues recently successfully completed a specialized 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 course on the IEC 61508 standard.

This internationally recognized framework helps integrate 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞, from design and development to operation, maintenance, and updates.

By combining functional safety with cybersecurity, we are further strengthening our ability to deliver 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐫, 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞-𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 for our customers.

👏 We’d like to congratulate our colleagues on achieving this important certification!
