Today is World Occupational Therapy Day 💙

Before any equipment is chosen, an occupational therapist sits down with the person and asks how their days really go.

What’s hard right now? What would they love to do again? Who helps at home?
OTs listen to the person and to the people around them. They look at the house, the routine, the goals. Then they go looking for what actually fits. And they keep studying, because what worked five years ago might not be the best answer today.

The right solution starts with the right assessment. Thank you, OTs, for doing that work every day. 💙
