Welcome to Sergiu Boca from Total Sting Consult, our new Spraystream dealer in Romania.

Last Thursday and Friday, Sergiu visited our headquarters in Kortrijk for product and technical training.

We had just completed two S7.5 Skid 5000L units, a brand-new configuration. Sergiu had the opportunity to follow the testing procedure of these machines.

From crushers and material transfer points to loading areas and storage facilities, dust control is essential in the quarrying and building materials industry.

Our dealer Rockland Engineering shares some great examples of solutions in action:

𝟭𝟬 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝟮.𝟮 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯

Our Spraystream team has just completed another major order: 10 S2.2 Self-supporting machines for a large-scale demolition and redevelopment project. 💪 👏

Each machine combines a fog cannon, on a telescopic mast, with a throw of up to 30 metres and a 2500-litre water tank on a mobile trailer. The fine mist captures airborne dust, while the mobile setup makes it easy to reposition the units as work progresses.
Ready to leave Kortrijk and to help keep dust under control on site.

𝗔 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸’𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 🔧💦

Our service technicians took these images to keep our project engineers updated as they installed several custom misting systems for recycling applications.

Each fixed nozzle system is designed around the site’s equipment and dust sources. The nozzles deliver fine mist where material is processed or moved, helping to control airborne dust close to its source.

Dust control works best where the dust starts 🌪️

Mirko Savic was on site at 𝗦. 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻 for the installation of a Spraystream system.
S. Norton is a UK metal recycling company that processes and exports ferrous and non-ferrous scrap.

Jetzone applies fine mist inside the metal shredder, where dust is generated as the material is processed. This allows dust to be tackled at the source. The system is managed from a central container housing the pumps, filtration and control equipment that supply and regulate the misting circuits.

Thank you to the S. Norton team for the nice cooperation on this project.

A new dust control project in Poland, shared by our local dealer Venttech.

The installation was completed for a company specialising in construction waste recycling. To help control the dust generated during the recycling process, a Spraystream Cannon S4.0 was installed, offering a spraying range of up to 40 metres.

Last weekend, the usually dusty Terril Saint-Antoine in Boussu became the perfect testing ground for dust control.

Together with Earth Alive, we treated more than 6,000 m² of traffic areas with their bio-based, biodegradable dust suppressants, applied with Spraystream equipment.

Dry conditions, much traffic and heavy machinery put the treatment to a real-world test.

And the results were promising: there was a clear, visible difference in dust generation between the treated and untreated areas.

A successful test of Spraystream and Earth Alive under real and demanding site conditions.
