With AVC Gemino, we are taking another important step in our international growth journey through the acquisition of FRAME - Sistemas de Divisórias, based in Sintra (near Lisbon). 🇵🇹
The Portuguese company will continue under the name AVC Gemino Portugal and will be fully integrated into our international structure.
With this acquisition, we are strengthening not only our presence on the Portuguese market, but also our position as an international player in design-driven, acoustic and fire-resistant interior architectural solutions.
We look forward to shaping this new chapter together with Rui Santos and the local team.
