Stunning performance, every time. EMKA HATCHERY EQUIPMENT BV are producers of industrial incubators for the poultry industry. We have a combined experience of over 50 years in the development, production and installation of hatcheries. Our incubators are in operation in all climates and conditions worldwide. The main features are easy installation, cleaning and maintenance and the availability of
spare parts in most countries. Our water-cooling with its unique design and +/- 15% more capacity guarantees an even distribution of temperature all over the machines without hot- or cold spots. Comparisons with competitors have been done at several occasions of which the most famous one was at the hatchery of Lohmann Tierzucht in Germany, where we sold 78 incubators for the production of GPS and Pure Line chicks. All our controls are centralized in the middle console between the two doors, they are easy to reach, check and eventually repair. At the bottom there is space available to put a jerry-can with disinfectant. The spraying of disinfectant can be programmed with the touch screen. (example : every hour 5 seconds spraying of disinfectant; the screen will warn you when spraying is going to happen, to avoid opening of doors at that time)

As you can see, we work all over the world and in all climates to the satisfaction of our customers. Remarkable is that a lot of our customers are in the hatching of PS, GPS and vaccine production. The EMKA INCUBATORS cabinet is composed of sandwich panels with FPR sheets at the outside (glass fibre reinforced polyester sheets) and XPS plates at the inside (extruded polystyrene). The FRP sheet is especially developed with extra dense woven cloth for extreme high tensile strength and impact resistance and the XPS is selected for the following properties : high density and thus very high insulation value, material structure does not decline nor weaken and perfect dimensions are guaranteed. The setter trays made of polypropylene are specially designed for optimum support of the eggs in all positions, suitable for automated washing and handling and pre-stressed against deformation. The hatcher trays come in two seizes, 75 chicken eggs or 150 eggs. The 75 capacity can also be used as chick box. The EMKA incubator can be fitted with CO2 steering, the program is fitted in the controller, the sensor is the only option in the EMKA range of incubators. All other features are included. The CO2 sensor, an infra-red sensor will warn you about high and low CO2 levels. The humidification is done by a self-cleaning atomizing nozzle with outside access for checking and maintenance. The following sensors are fitted in the setters and hatchers : Temperature and humidity sensor, CO² sensor (optional), Pulsator sensor, Door sensor, Pressure sensor, turning sensor, Master Temperature Sensor. The EMKA INCUBATORS can be connected to the EMKALINK system with the network software, central monitoring and programming, central logging, central operation, central incubation programs library and central alarm handling.
