Opnieuw een geslaagde editie, met deze keer het 𝗽𝗼𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘂𝗺 centraal!

Danny Decaluwaert, Project Manager bij HYDRO, gaf ons boeiende inzichten in de strategische aanpak van HYDRO voor de recyclage van post consumed aluminium.

Mieke Vander Plaetse lichtte toe hoe veiligheid en gezondheid deel uitmaken van de dagelijkse streven naar operationele excellentie: van risicoanalyses en duidelijke preventieprocedures tot de betrokkenheid van medewerkers. Een sterke aanpak met één helder doel: iedereen elke dag gezond en veilig naar huis.

Guy Willems toonde met concrete praktijkcases en succesvolle experimenten hoe AI ook in de lakwereld bijdraagt aan meer efficiëntie.

𝗢𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗻 & 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗹𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗻
Deze opleiding focust op industriële schilderwerken, meer bepaald het schilderen van stalen constructies in de bouw, pijpleidingen, plaatwerk, infrastructuur en machines met een geschikt natlaksysteem.

De hoge kosten van herstelling, stilstand en defecten, en/of het vervangen van gecorrodeerd staal wegen zwaarder door dan een oppervlak preventief beschermen tegen corrosie. Vandaar is het erg belangrijk om steeds een schilderproject met kennis van zaken aan te pakken. We kijken zowel naar QA om fouten te voorkomen als naar QC om kwaliteit te identificeren en te corrigeren indien nodig. We refereren ook naar het belang van normen zoals de EN ISO 12944 en EN ISO 8501-3 in de voorbereidingsfase alvorens verfwerkzaamheden te starten. In de voormiddag bieden we een theoretische opleiding. In de namiddag kijken we naar de praktijk via concrete casestudies en demonstraties van kwaliteitstesten.

Focus op 𝗛𝗬𝗗𝗥𝗢 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗚𝗜𝗨𝗠, gastbedrijf voor onze volgende VOM ON TOUR.

Als wereldspeler zet Hydro de toon voor de circulaire aluminiumketen van morgen. Het bedrijf behoort tot de pioniers in het gebruik van gerecycleerd aluminium afkomstig uit post-consumer scrap en bewijst dagelijks dat duurzaamheid en innovatie perfect hand in hand gaan.

Steel structures operating in 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱, 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 are continuously exposed to severe corrosion.
