A simple but very rewarding day: great colleagues, games, a good barbecue and some “serious” football matches between business units. We don’t need a whole lot to have a blast!

Well, that was last month’s in Belgium!

For the first time, four business units spent the day together, with colleagues from Belgium, France and Spain all on the same pitch. Working as one team across units and borders is what we do every day, but being together in person just hits differently.

That’s also why this year’s theme was UNITY, one of our company values. Something we take very seriously. (Except when there’s a football involved. Sorry, but then it’s every unit for itself! 😉⚽)

4 weeks. 11 stores. 100% on-concept. ✅

When Retail took over part of the Casino network in France back in 2024, those stores needed a new identity. Standing still wasn't really an option.

So together with the Auchan team we got to work. We designed the textile department fixtures from scratch to fit the Auchan concept, built every piece in-house, and installed them across 11 locations in under a month.

That's what in-house design, production and installation looks like in practice.
