Same concrete surface. Two stages of Peeltex High Humidity protection.

On the left, the coating is being applied directly onto concrete using an airless sprayer.

On the right, you can see how the exact same surface looks after the coating has dried and cured.

Peeltex High Humidity is specifically formulated for demanding outdoor environments, including exposure to rain, condensation and humidity levels exceeding 90%.

Once cured, it forms a durable protective membrane that follows the surface and helps protect the concrete throughout different stages of construction.

And here's the important part: the coating you see on the right is still there, doing its job. It hasn't been removed.

When protection is no longer needed, Peeltex can be peeled away to reveal the concrete underneath.

How much does it cost to repair an industrial floor compared to protecting it in the first place?

In busy industrial environments, floors are constantly exposed to heavy traffic, equipment, paint, dirt and accidental damage.

When it comes to Peeltex, a generous layer isn't something we're afraid of.

The coating needs enough material to create a strong, continuous membrane. A layer that's too thin may look economical during application, but it can make removal considerably more difficult later.

That's why we prefer to focus on proper film build, especially around edges and areas where the peel will begin.

With peelable coatings, using less material isn't always more efficient.
Sometimes the extra thickness is exactly what makes the final removal this easy.

Throwback to one of our most satisfying Peeltex moments.
An entire test booth floor covered with Peeltex Grey, exposed to real use, dirt and plenty of traffic... and then it was finally time to peel it all off.
The first video went viral, so we thought this deserved another watch.

This application was prepared a little differently on purpose.

Before spraying Peeltex, we divided the glass into multiple sections using masking tape. The coating was then applied across the entire window, and the tape was removed while the material was still wet.
Why?

Because this window was prepared for a live demonstration. Instead of peeling one large sheet, multiple people could each remove their own section and experience the product for themselves.

Sometimes the best product demonstration is simply letting people try it.

Easy removal doesn't start when you begin peeling. It starts when you apply the coating.

A continuous Peeltex layer with sufficient thickness has enough strength to hold together during removal. That's why, when properly applied, it can be pulled from the glass in large sections rather than constantly tearing into small pieces.

Edges and joints deserve particular attention during application, as these are the areas where you want enough material to start and continue the peel easily.

Good application now means a much easier job later.

They may look similar after curing, but they are designed for different conditions.

This one can be a little misleading at first glance.

The textured pattern you see belongs to the outside of the panel. Peeltex was actually applied to the smooth interior surface.

And that is exactly the surface we wanted to protect.

Once cured, the coating forms a flexible protective layer that stays in place during the work and can later be peeled away by hand, as you can see here.

A good reminder that Peeltex is not limited to conventional windows. Glass panels, finished surfaces and other valuable elements can all benefit from temporary protection while work continues around them.
