One thing we noticed at this year’s Construction Professionals Arena was how much the discussion around Peeltex has evolved.

Last year, many visitors were discovering peelable coatings for the first time. This year was different.

A large number of professionals already knew the product, had seen it in action or had used it themselves. The questions became more specific, more technical and much more application-focused. 🎯

We discussed long-term exterior protection, application methods, coating thickness, removal after extended periods, industrial use cases and many other real-world challenges faced on job sites every day.

These conversations are extremely valuable for us.

Every question, every piece of feedback and every practical experience shared by contractors helps us better understand how Peeltex is being used in the field and where we can continue improving the product and the overall user experience.

Innovation doesn't happen only in the factory. It also happens through discussions with the people who use the product every day.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, challenged us with great questions and shared their expertise. We left the event with plenty of ideas and valuable insights for the future. 🚀

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the 4th edition of Arena Profesioniștilor în Construcții in Cluj-Napoca, one of Romania’s most important events dedicated to construction professionals.

For us, events like this are about much more than showcasing a product.

They are an opportunity to meet contractors, painters, installers, builders, distributors and industry professionals face-to-face, exchange experiences, answer questions and better understand the real challenges encountered on job sites every day.

Throughout the event, we demonstrated Peeltex peelable coatings live, discussed practical applications, tested the product together with visitors and showed how temporary surface protection can help save both time and costly repairs.

What impressed us most was the level of curiosity and engagement. From experienced professionals to people discovering peelable coatings for the first time, the conversations were insightful, practical and often challenged us to think differently about how surface protection can be approached.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, shared their experiences and took the time to learn more about Peeltex.

Events like these remind us that innovation grows fastest when knowledge, experience and curiosity come together. 🚀

We had some friends visiting us... and somehow they all wanted to help peel off the Peeltex Grey coating. 😄

To be fair, we understand why.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about removing a protective layer that has been on the floor for a long time, exposed to dirt, traffic and plenty of abuse. 🎯

The best part? The coating did exactly what it was supposed to do: protect the floor underneath and still peel away surprisingly well when the job was done. ✨

Last year, we attended a construction industry event and applied Peeltex peelable coating on this window as a live demonstration.

The plan was simple: protect the glass and frame during the event and remove it afterwards.

Well... nobody actually removed it. 😄

More than 12 months later, the coating was still there, exposed to real-world conditions. So when we returned this year, we took the opportunity to see how it would perform after all that time.

The result speaks for itself. 🎯

The Peeltex film peeled away cleanly, taking all the accumulated dirt with it and revealing a perfectly protected window underneath. The glass stayed clean, the frame stayed protected, and the coating remained easy to remove.

Applying Peeltex peelable coating correctly makes all the difference. 🎯

In this clip, the coating is first applied carefully around the edges and joints, then built up into a proper continuous layer across the entire glass surface using an airless sprayer.

That correct film thickness is exactly why the coating peels off cleanly later, even after long periods of protection. 👀

Getting the airless setup ready in front of the Peeltex headquarters before putting the peelable coating through another round of real-world testing. From windows and concrete to industrial surfaces and equipment, we like pushing this material to see what it can really handle. 👀

We wanted to see how far peelable coating protection can actually go. 👀

So we covered the entire airless sprayer with Peeltex peelable coating, intentionally covered it with strong paint pigments, let everything dry… and then peeled the coating off.

The result?
The paint came off together with the Peeltex film, while the sprayer underneath stayed clean and protected. 🎯

This is exactly why peelable coatings are becoming more and more popular for protecting valuable equipment, sensitive surfaces and areas exposed to aggressive working environments.

Personally, this is the Graco airless model we use for applying Peeltex peelable coating. 🎯

One of the practical advantages is how easy the setup is to move around on site. You can transport the pump together with the bucket, making the entire process much more efficient during large projects.

Peeltex can be applied with a brush, roller or even by dipping, depending on the application. But for speed, consistent film thickness, low material waste and a continuous protective layer, airless spraying remains the most effective method. 🔥

Once you start using peelable coating properly, traditional protection methods feel outdated. 👀
