🌱 Vertical farming: hype voorbij, realiteit begonnen
Jarenlang werd vertical farming naar voren geschoven als dé oplossing voor de toekomst van voedselproductie. De realiteit vandaag is genuanceerder — en net daarom interessanter.
Dit artikel van Engineeringnet schetst helder waar we vandaag écht staan: landbouw onder dak en in de hoogte is geen vervanging van klassieke landbouw, maar een strategische aanvulling. De grootste waarde zit in gecontroleerde productie, hoogwaardige teelten, onderzoek en toepassingen waar consistentie en kwaliteit cruciaal zijn.
