ACS Partners recently delivered a fully integrated audiovisual installation for a leading financial institution’s boardroom, a space designed for high-level decision-making and seamless hybrid collaboration.
The project was carried out within one of the most beautiful building downtown Brussels, requiring a particularly meticulous approach to ensure that every technical integration respects and preserves the original character and elegance of the space.
The AV solution was engineered to support an exceptional executive experience, where in-person and remote participants connect effortlessly. Each seat around the table is equipped with its own intelligent camera system and table integrated microphone, enabling a natural and dynamic hybrid meeting flow. The system automatically detects and switches the camera to the active speaker, ensuring that every voice is seen and heard in the most intuitive way.
A key feature of the project is the deep integration into the furniture design: high-resolution displays are discreetly embedded directly within the table, preserving the elegance of the space while enabling a fully connected digital environment.
Powered by advanced AV control and network infrastructure technologies from Q-SYS and robust networking solutions from Netgear, the setup ensures reliability, performance, and scalability at the highest standard.
