Another great example of collaboration within the Valtech Group 🤝

Our sister company Valvan nv successfully delivered a high-tech, fully automated textile sorting line for Plures in Italy. As part of this impressive project, Cretes was responsible for supplying the dust extraction components for the production line.

At multiple transfer points between conveyors, suction hoods were integrated and linked through a massive network of ducting towards an efficient filtration system — ensuring a clean and safe working environment 🌬️

Our contribution fits into a much larger, state-of-the-art installation designed to support textile recycling and circular solutions.

A big thank you to Valvan for the strong cooperation, and we wish Plures every success with their new installation 👏

Nieuwe look in aantocht bij Union machines en Cretes 👀

Onze commerciële collega’s en het ingenieursteam krijgen binnenkort een nieuwe outfit. De borduring van de logo’s is alvast klaar — nu nog even wachten tot de hemden zelf binnen zijn.

We kozen bewust voor linnen hemden. Een mooie knipoog naar wat ons elke dag drijft: het verwerken van vlas. 🌿 Linnen is van nature ademend, sterk en duurzaam — ideaal voor dagelijks gebruik, bij eender welk weer.

Binnenkort dus niet alleen sterke projecten, maar ook een herkenbare look!

22 camions sur une seule image… non, ce n’est pas un embouteillage sur l’A1 😄🚛🚛🚛

C’est un image en 3D du futur chantier qu’on s’apprête à lancer avec Cretes en France. Et à vrai dire, ça donne déjà une bonne idée de l’ampleur du projet 💪

➡️ transformation de paille de chanvre en chènevotte propre et fibre de top qualité
➡️ automatisation + pilotage électrique par Valvan nv
➡️ pressage automatique en balles
➡️ et tout ça pour une capacité de 4 tonnes à l’heure à l’entrée de la ligne

On a hâte de passer du 3D à la réalité sur le terrain !

Mooi project opnieuw in samenwerking met onze zusterfirma Valvan Containers NV uit Menen! 🙌

Voor deze toepassing bouwde Cretes twee verdeelschroeven, die door Valvan netjes werden geïntegreerd in een container. Het resultaat? Een efficiënte en gelijkmatige verdeling van het product in de container – precies zoals het hoort. ✅

Deze samenwerking tussen Valvan Containers en Cretes loopt al vele jaren vlot en succesvol, en dat vertaalt zich telkens in sterke, praktische oplossingen voor onze klanten. 🤝
