The perfect mix for our recent, annual Family Day ☀️

Breakfast, BBQ and desserts kept everyone fueled. Paradise games, pétanque, a walk and water sports brought lots of action. And of course, there was plenty of fun for the kids too!

Add our Belgium HQ colleagues and their families, and you have all the ingredients for a fantastic day: a chance to spend time together outside the office and meet the families behind the familiar faces we see every day.

Waiting for stability? That’s not a strategy.

On October 12, our founder, Bart Van Malderen, will close Vlerick Entrepreneurship Day with the story of building Drylock in one of the world’s most competitive consumer goods markets.

Drawing on our growth story, he will talk about how staying close to customers, continuously investing in manufacturing excellence, and making bold strategic choices have transformed Drylock into one of the world’s leading hygiene manufacturers. Innovation has shaped that growth story from the start and remains at the heart of how we Innovate to Protect.

This year’s theme, “Creating Stability in a Changing World,” closely reflects Bart’s experience as an entrepreneur. Costs rise, markets shift, supply chains come under pressure and customers change. Waiting for things to settle down is rarely an option.
