At Thermo-Clean France – site Alsace, we recently commissioned a new automated blasting machine this spring! 🚀

This installation allows us to deliver more consistent quality while running in continuous or cycle-based operation, fully controlled by predefined parameters and requiring minimal manual intervention. Key advantages include improved efficiency and throughput, reduced manual handling, lower rejection rates, and a reduced environmental impact through less waste generation via continuous reuse of blasting media and significantly lower energy consumption compared to the previous installation. 🌱

The system also brings a major step forward in ergonomics and safety. Unlike manual blasting, which involves physical strain and exposure to dust and noise, the process takes place in an enclosed, sound-insulated cabin with efficient extraction, creating a much safer and more comfortable working environment.
