Work with biology, not against it. With Osseodensification drilling (OD), primary implant stability was significantly higher during the first 6 weeks when compared to conventional standard drilling (SD). In a study published by E. Bergamo DDS, MSc, PhD, et. al. this held true in both arches, anterior and posterior, and for all implant dimensions of regular and long length*. Additionally, in a newly published study by A. A 2024 multicenter clinical study found that transcrestal sinus floor elevation using Densah® Burs resulted in a low sinus membrane perforation rate of 7.31%.
