What an energizing week at our Sofia office! 🌟

We kicked things off with an inspiring town hall featuring Exadel CEO Michael Boustridge and VP of Global Talent Karen Hutchison, diving into our strategic framework and priorities for the months ahead.

It was also great to have Paul Griffin join us in person - from engaging discussions to relaxed team lunches, it was the perfect chance to connect face to face, exchange ideas, and strengthen our team spirit.

Moments like these remind us how powerful collaboration can be when we come together with shared goals and a growth mindset. 💪

🔥Anthill by Exadel was just named among the standout players fueling Bulgaria’s tech scene, right alongside unicorns and big exits.

We started out in 2019 with one mission: to build strong teams, help enterprises scale, and grow in sync with Bulgaria’s tech ecosystem.

💪 Being acquired by Exadel isn’t just a milestone for us, but a proof of the incredible drive running through the country’s tech community.

As our co-founder Andrey Bachvarov put it best:

Last Friday found our team on the sunny slopes of Vitosha Mountain 🌿

For the third year in a row, we joined forces with Vitosha National Park to care for nature and boost sustainability at Iglikina Polyana.

✨ Installed 3 new info signs about local birds, carnivores & tourism
🎨 Brightened up playgrounds, tables, gazebos & outdoor structures with fresh paint
💪 Shared plenty of laughs (and paint stains) along the way

We wrapped it all up with a well-deserved lunch at Balkanity hut - the perfect finish to a day of teamwork, sustainability, and giving back 🌍

It’s official.

Anthill is now part of Exadel 🚀

Here’s a throwback to how we marked this moment.

This summer in Sofia, 150+ colleagues came together for three days that turned into a launchpad for what’s next.

We brainstormed in open sessions, and heard leaders lay out a clear path: AI-driven products, a stronger Agile backbone, and a culture built on real collaboration.

And everyone had a hand in shaping it.

Because milestones don’t happen in boardrooms. They happen when people meet face-to-face and decide what’s next. 🌍
