Project Engineer

Construction Management Group Ltd. was established in 2006. Since then, the company offers a full range of services related to the overall management of construction and energy projects and assets in both the international and domestic markets. Our versatile approach to integrated services has always been oriented towards the needs of international investors and construction contractors who are looking for timely, quality and efficient implementation and management of their projects.

In connection with the increase of the projects by our key customers, we are seeking for a qualified Project Engineer, who will assist the work in the company related to PV or other renewable energy projects.

Main responsibilities:
o PV projects development and management – plan, coordinate and track project development and realization, permits management, contract management, subcontractor management, construction management and supervision;
o Technical supervision and coordination of activities during the process of construction of PV parks;
o Asset management/O&M of PV installations with regard to technical, contractual and administrative aspects – technical inspection of PV installations, analysis of the work and performance of PV power plants, KPI calculations, reporting;
o Technical evaluation/modeling/simulation of PV projects;
o Administrative coordination of PV projects documentation; reporting to regulatory authorities.

Applicant requirements:
o University degree in electrical engineering is a must;
o Good computer literacy;
o Working proficiency in English;
o Good communication skills;
o Discipline, organization, precision, strict adherence to deadlines;
o Teamwork, social skills, client orientation;
o Driving license.

Other conditions that will be considered as an advantage:
o Engineering background in the PV sector;
o Knowledge of administrative procedures for PV projects development;
o Buildings and other construction projects development.

Project Manager

In connection with the increase of the projects by our key customers, we are seeking for highly qualified Project Manager, who will assist the work in the company and will lead external and internal Project Engineers teams.

Main responsibilities:
o PV projects development and management - plan, coordinate and track project development and realization, permits management, contract management, subcontractor management, construction management and supervision;
o Technical supervision and coordination of activities during the process of construction of PV parks;
o Manage and coordinate all activities and tasks within external and internal project engineering teams;
o Asset management of PV installations with regard to technical, contractual and administrative aspects;
o Analyse the work and performance of PV power plants. KPI calculations. Reporting;
o Technical evaluation of projects for energy systems, based on renewable and alternative sources;
o Technical and administrative advisory;
o Preparation and submission documents and information to national and local authorities;
o Coordination of activities with partners and counteragents

Applicant requirements:
o University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics;
o Deep technical knowledge for PV systems;
o Knowing of administrative procedures for energy projects development;
o Knowledge of the energy regulatory framework;
o Good computer literacy – MS Office, Autocad;
o Working proficiency in English;
o Good communication skills;
o Discipline, organization, precision, strict adherence to deadlines;
o Teamwork, social skills, client orientation;
o Engineering background at least 5 years;
o Driving license.

Other conditions that will be considered as an advantage:
o Buildings and other projects development and management – design and permits management, tender management, contract management, subcontractor management, construction management and supervision;
o Knowledge and understanding of civil/industrial/residential construction;
o Knowledge of the construction framework and the administrative procedures for buildings and other construction projects;
o Working experience in a position with similar responsibilities;
o Recommendations from previous employers;
o Possibility of short duration business trips
