Company ViAl - V Ltd is registered in Bulgarian legislation in February 2003, with major field production of Aluminum and PVC profiles, windows and Insulated glazing (IG). Velizar Petkov , with Engineering and Economic education. After graduation of Military school for Civil engineering "Blagoy Ivanov" in 1983 Mr. Petkov make a master degree in Bulgarian University of Economic with major field lab

His Experience in plastic windows dating since the recent 1993, when he establish one of first Bulgarian companies for production and assembly of Aluminum and Plastic windows and insulated glazing. In year 2003, based on his experience , Mr. Petkov establish first Bulgarian factory for Extrusion of PVC window Profiles. For a very short time company release 6 profile systems from 4 to 6 chambers. Up to year 2007 factory rise up its popularity so much, that it held up biggest market share in Bulgaria. During that time formed engineering team of Mr. Petkov start working his idea for creation of a completely new product totally different from the way windows have been produced at present. This innovative window profile, already known on market as Honey Comb, combines in itself ideas, borrowed from nature and applied in product with times higher values of thermal and mechanical properties. In year 2007 when he decides to change conception of window making, present at that time General manager sold out factory.
