DEIF and JRCS Co., Ltd. have signed an agreement to establish a joint venture in Japan. The joint venture will be responsible for promoting, selling, distributing, and servicing DEIF solutions in the Japanese market.

DEIF and JRCS have worked closely together for more than 30 years, supplying efficient and reliable energy management and control systems. The new joint venture builds on this long-standing collaboration and a shared common strategic goal to strengthen DEIF’s presence in Japan.

The agreement was signed on April 20 by DEIF’s Group CEO, Mr. Christian Niesen, and JRCS’s Chairman and President, Mr. Koichiro Kondo.

The joint venture, tentatively named DEIF Japan, will support the expansion of DEIF’s portfolio in Japan, covering both Marine & Offshore and Onshore applications. This structure will enable closer customer cooperation and local market support.

A 15 MW peak shaving power station project in Western Africa demonstrates how collaboration between DEIF and Leespower supports reliable power generation in demanding environments.

The project is designed for long operating hours, high ambient temperatures, and fast system response. Multiple generator sets operate in parallel to support grid stability and peak shaving requirements.

DEIF ’s AGC‑4 MK II controller enables fast and stable paralleling, flexible operating modes, and coordinated control across the power station, supporting both normal operation and emergency scenarios. The system is also prepared for future expansion, including the integration of photovoltaic generation and energy storage, allowing the solution to evolve with future operational needs.
