A volumetria do edifício é marcado pela horizontalidade das amplas sacadas ajardinadas, que criam ritmo, profundidade e leveza à composição. Os balanços generosos proporcionam sombreamento natural e ampliam a relação dos apartamentos com as áreas externas.

Com paisagismo assinado por , os espelhos d’água, caminhos contemplativos e vegetação abundante reforçam a sensação de desaceleração, sendo um convite à permanência.

Haikai was born from the proposal to create a quiet and welcoming atmosphere amidst the urban dynamics. Its architecture seeks to dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, bringing residents closer to natural light, the landscape, and the vegetation present throughout the development.

The building’s volume is marked by the horizontality of the spacious landscaped balconies, which create rhythm, depth, and lightness in the composition. The generous overhangs provide natural shade and enhance the connection between the apartments and the outdoor areas.

With landscaping designed by , the reflecting pools, contemplative paths, and abundant vegetation reinforce the feeling of deceleration, inviting one to linger.

Localizado no centro de Londrina, o Casa Horizonte estabelece uma relação respeitosa com o bairro, construindo um diálogo entre continuidade e transformação.

A volumetria é definida por planos horizontais contínuos, que organizam o edifício em camadas bem delineadas. O jogo de espessuras dos planos constrói ritmo e profundidade, enquanto os recuos das varandas contribuem para a leveza do conjunto. Em contraponto, o núcleo central, marcado pelo uso de painéis amadeirados articulados, introduz verticalidade e dinamismo à composição, configurando uma fachada em constante transformação de composição ao longo do tempo.

A materialidade reforça o equilíbrio entre leveza e aconchego enquanto a vegetação desempenha importante papel na construção da experiência. A partir de um jardim exuberante no térreo, o paisagismo é conduzido verticalmente pelas floreiras ao longo da fachada, estabelecendo uma continuidade entre a base e os demais pavimentos.

Located in the center of Londrina, Casa Horizonte establishes a respectful relationship with its surroundings, creating a dialogue between continuity and transformation.

The volumetry is defined by continuous horizontal planes that organize the building into well-defined layers. The interplay of thicknesses creates rhythm and depth, while the recessed balconies contribute to the lightness of the composition. In contrast, the central core, marked by articulated wooden panels, introduces verticality and dynamism, shaping a façade that continuously transforms over time.

The materiality reinforces the balance between lightness and warmth, while vegetation plays an important role in shaping the spatial experience. Starting from an abundant garden at the ground level, the landscape design rises vertically through planters along the façade, establishing continuity between the base and the upper floors.
