Set linearly across the terrain, Quaresmeiras Residence creates the impression of floating within the landscape. Its recessed foundation reinforces the lightness of the architecture, while the surrounding balcony expands the connection between the house and its natural setting.

Large glass openings allow light, ventilation, and views to flow through the interiors. At the heart of the residence, an internal garden acts as a breathing space, organizing the layout and connecting private areas, social spaces, and intimate balconies.

Implantada de forma linear sobre o terreno, a Quaresmeiras Residence cria a sensação de flutuar em meio à paisagem. Seu embasamento recuado reforça a leveza da arquitetura, enquanto a varanda envolve a residência e amplia a relação com o entorno natural.

Grandes aberturas de vidro permitem que luz, ventilação e paisagem atravessem os ambientes. No centro da casa, um jardim interno funciona como respiro e organiza a distribuição dos espaços, conectando áreas íntimas, sociais e varandas privativas.
