Bringing lessons to life beyond the classroom.

Our Managing Principal, Kevin Sweeting, recently visited Windsor Upper School to speak with students about how geometry connects to real-world engineering, from designing roads and structures to solving everyday challenges.

Through hands-on learning and open discussion, students were able to see how the concepts they’re learning today can shape the future of development in The Bahamas.

At BRON, we believe in sharing knowledge and creating opportunities for the next generation to grow.

A great mix of learning, creativity, and hands-on activities at the Queen’s College Career Fair.

Students from early learning through Grade 12 engaged with everything from a mangrove demo and species display to building challenges, a civil maze, and BRON Brain Games.

With representation from our Environmental, Architecture, and Business Solutions teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing, students were able to see how a wide range of roles come together to support development projects.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the women of BRON spent Friday morning with students from the Willie Mae Pratt Centre for Girls at the Penn Pratt Co-Educational Unit.

Organized and led by our Human Resources team, the visit was filled with conversation, creativity, and a little friendly competition as the girls designed their own cities and shared their ideas for the future.

Thank you to the students and staff for welcoming us.

This World Engineering Day, BRON is highlighting Principal Kenneth “Kenny” Scott, whose 15-year journey in coastal and geotechnical engineering reflects the growing importance of resilient shoreline design and marine infrastructure across The Bahamas.

From marina developments to post-hurricane reconstruction projects, Kenny’s work continues to support communities and coastal environments throughout the archipelago.
