Chandada Masendu-Kusane
Chief Executive Officer

Chandada Masendu-Kusane is an accomplished executive with deep expertise in property development, real estate management, project delivery, and organizational transformation. With a strong foundation in Property Studies and a Master of Science in Real Estate, she combines technical depth with strategic leadership to drive large-scale infrastructure programmes and institutional performance. A certified Project Management Professional with additional accreditation in PRINCE2, she brings extensive experience in leading complex portfolios, establishing enterprise-wide project management frameworks, and strengthening governance, risk, and operational systems.

She has held senior executive roles across the property, financial services, and infrastructure sectors, consistently delivering results in environments that demand innovation, disciplined ex*****on, and strong stakeholder alignment. Known for her transformational leadership and strategic insight, she has a proven ability to shape organizational vision, build high-performance teams, and deliver sustained institutional change at scale.

Chanda also brings valuable governance experience through her service on multiple boards, where she has contributed to strategic planning, risk oversight, infrastructure investment, and public-sector reform.

As CEO of EIMC, Chanda brings strategic clarity, ex*****on discipline, and a strong culture of accountability to the organization. She will drive the establishment of robust systems, strengthen institutional capacity, and lead the delivery of modern, well-managed, and sustainable education infrastructure, ensuring that Botswana’s schools are not only built for today, but designed to support future generations.
