Design cost P3800. outdoor pavillion area. there we goo.

A custom 5x8m (40 square meters) thatching gazebo including concrete/ceramic tiling and painting will cost roughly P85,000 BWP excluding Pavilion and pool.

Construction cost of the gazebo ,pool, and braai area . The total cost is P210,000.00 materials and labour. Excluding pool.
