Tropical Holdings is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our construction office operations.
This role sits at the center of our workflow — supporting procurement, bookkeeping, and administrative coordination to keep projects moving efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
• Entering and maintaining records in QuickBooks
• Preparing and tracking purchase orders
• Assisting with material sourcing and supplier coordination
• Supporting payroll and HR administration
• Maintaining organized records for fleet, fuel, and office operations
Who this role is for:
Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can stay organized under pressure, and is confident using QuickBooks, Excel, and other digital tools daily.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
