Vacancy Request: Storeroom Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Storeroom Manager to oversee and optimize our storeroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits
• Implement and monitor efficient stock control procedures
• Ensure the storeroom is clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to forecast inventory needs
• Supervise and train storeroom staff
• Monitor and report on stock levels, shortages, and excess inventory

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2–3 years)
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or inventory management software
• Days: Monday to Saturday

Before and After. FT Williams has recently installed and commissioned the Navien Ready Link water heater system at the Alaia Hotel laundry facility in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. It is a 5-heater cascade (modular) system providing almost 1,000,000 btu’s of heat at nearly 100% percent efficiency. It’s the first of its kind in Belize and Latin America. At FT Williams we belive that proper design and equipment selection is essential in providing our clients with the best solution for their specific project application. Future installations in the pipeline include a 6-heater system at the new Belize Healthcare Partners Hospital currently under construction and an 8-heater system for renovations at the Radisson.
