Just received these stunning photos of the completed reconstruction of the Duck Bay Picnic Shelter at Shawnee National Forest’s Lake Glendale historic site.
Originally built in the 1940s by the Civilian Conservation Corps, this beautiful rustic 84-year-old shelter has been lovingly brought back to life — ready for another generation of visitors to enjoy!
