Well haven’t posted much lately. Finished this up today these nice folks called and wanted a closet in a small bedroom turned into a baby room for the new one that’s coming. So she came up with this design I think it will work just fine. Now they just have to finish painting and trim.Way better space then a closet

First coat of flex stone rubber now we are 100% water proof on top of deck and stairs. Tomorrow if weather cooperates we can do color coat. The bottom skirting is all done. We put a 4ft door under deck so home owners has 1000 sq ft of dry storage that they never had before with no worries of anything ever getting wet.
