Storage is an issue in most of our homes.
Finding creative ways to utilize the spaces available in order to maximize storage space is a must!
For this client, we built them a 11ft x 13ft mezzanine in their garage, adding 143 sq.ft of extra storage space to their home!

Some more from the basement framing. This is the wall dividing the bathroom and kitchen. Most of the kitchen cabinetry in the suite will be hung on this wall.

We will be doing the flooring, finishing and cabinet installs with the electrical, HVAC, plumbing and drywall being subbed out.

Straight. Period.

Those long duct work drops are crucial to have dead straight. They immediately catch a person's eye and you can easily see even the slightest of wiggles.
