This is a magnetic filter we custom build and install into heating systems to capture harmful debris like black sludge (ferrous oxide) and scale. Using full-flow filtration, it filters 100% of the circulating water in a single pass, protecting boilers, pumps, and valves from premature wear.

That moment of "fresh air" can quickly become a plumbing nightmare in freezing temperatures. Even a small opening directs sub-zero air right where it can do the most damage: your interior pipes and heating coils.

The risk? A frozen, BURST PIPE leading to massive water damage, lost heat, and huge repair costs for your unit and potentially others. This is the #1 winter risk to our building's essential systems.

Our Simple Rule: Keep all windows and balcony doors closed and locked when temperatures are near or below freezing.

Too Warm? Adjust your thermostat down instead. 🌡️ Give the system 30 minutes to respond. If you absolutely need to air out, open the window fully for just 5 minutes max, then seal it tight!
