Progress on the Manalco HQ refresh is movin' along and looking good. 👀🛠️

We’ve got the building wrapped with Protecto Wall VP Wrap and we’re starting to see the new exterior come to life with Fastplank wood grain aluminum siding by Engage Building Products—clean lines, durable finish, and a whole new look for home base.

Happy to announce we recently wrapped up this upper front elevation + balcony renovation!
• Replaced old worn down cedar shake with new Foundry vinyl shake siding (Weathered Collection – Rustic Brown) by Gentek✅
• Installed new structural aluminum columns at the porch✅
• Updated porch soffit and aluminum beam capping to match✅
• Completed structural decking repairs to balcony — including a new LVL to replace the rotted beam, and re-built and re-capped parapet✅
• Re-sealed the balcony/flat roof with a new EPDM membrane for long-term waterproofing✅
• Updated the balcony with a new full tempered glass + aluminum railing system✅

When added up, these improvements equal peace of mind for years to come, thanks to virtually maintenance free products designed to stand up to our Canadian climate and keep your home looking as good as the day they were installed.
