Hiring: Welder/Fabricator (Ajax/East GTA)
Road Surface Recycling (RSR) Full-Time
RSR is growing! We are looking for a reliable, skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. We are ideally looking for someone located in Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, or the East end of the GTA for this full-time role.

The Role
- Fabricate & Assemble: Create metal components with high precision.
- Maintain & Repair: Work on heavy equipment and specialized machinery essential to our road recycling operations.
- Equipment Use: Proficiency with MIG/TIG/Stick welding and standard shop tools.
- Technical Reading: Follow blueprints and sketches to plan your builds.

What We’re Looking For
Local Talent: Ideally based in Ajax or the surrounding Durham Region.
- - Experienced: Solid background in welding and metal fabrication.
Independent: Ability to manage your tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Safety-First: Committed to a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.

Did you know that we have the technology that can "recycle" the pitted and potholed roads that we are driving on today? Yes, these are the roads that are continually wreaking havoc on your car. We can build stronger and longer lasting roads. We simply need to eliminate the red tape!

Let your MPP and your Regional and Municipal leaders know that you want to "Hot In-place Recycle" your roads. You, the taxpayer, own these roads. It is your tax dollar that is used to build and maintain the roads that keep on breaking down. Let's start doing what's best and build infrastructure that can stand the test of time.

The Transportation Research Board Meeting is happening tomorrow! This meeting is sharing critical information about how to extend our road "life-cycles" with Alberta bitumen, because the asphalt cements currently being used today are failing prematurly. The knowledge and technology that is scientificly backed research on how to build roads that last 20 plus years will be shared at this event. The research validates it is possible and can be done. The presentation will span from RSR's initial interactions with city councilors, delving into job issues and specifications, to the project's oversight by city engineers.
