KVS Electrical Inc. is currently seeking a reliable, organized and motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing fast pace Electrical and HVAC Team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, multi-tasking, customer interaction and supporting a busy office environment and field crew.

Position Details

Full-time
Salary: ($40,000 -$55,000 based on experience)
Benefits package available

Key Responsibilities

-Answering and directing incoming phone calls
-Entering and maintaining customer information in company software
-Booking client appointments and scheduling work
-Monitoring and responding to emails
-Preparing and providing customer quotes
-Inventory control
-General office duties including printing, photocopying, scanning and filing
-Assisting with coordination between office staff, technicians and customers
-Maintaining an organized and efficient office environment

Qualifications

-Previous office or administrative experience
-Strong organizational, customer service and communication skills
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Comfortable with computers and office software (including Microsoft Office, Word/Excel, Google Drive and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram)
-Experience in electrical, HVAC or construction industries would be an asset
