Hey Folks, it's getting that time of year to turn our furnaces off.. before your appliance sits for the summer, it's the perfect time to have it cleaned. A cleaning consists of vacuuming out the smoke pipe, changing the oil filter, checking the air filters, changing the nozzle, making adjustments if needed for a smooth light and clean burn, and to help avoid big problems by catching them early.
As a side note, it's a good idea to run your furnace 2-3 times a month in the summer just long enough for the blower to come on, so moving parts stay moving parts...
