This week we spent some time in a clients house working on a small project, with a big impact.
With lots of wood and rustic feautures, our work had to match. Although the new wood doesn’t match the aged golden pine, a little bit of staining will make it look like it always was there.

Just because we haven’t been keeping up with Facebook, doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Will be sharing some of the projects we have been working on over the coming weeks, but we have also been working on one of our own.

The facelift on our office is almost complete. The siding have been done for a while, and the new signs have been up just over a week. We still have the final piece to build on the front to bring it all together, but we are happy the way everything else is coming together.

Progress starts with the tough stuff.

We’re getting things ready for the groundwork of our new timber frame entry at our office, and removing the old pad was no small task. What looked like a standard slab turned out to be 16” of concrete — poured in four different layers over the years.

Not exactly a quick demo… but nothing worth building ever starts easy.

The hard work is behind us, and the stage is officially set to move forward. Stay tuned—this is going to be a great transformation

Throwback Thursday 🏡

Back in 2013, we secured our very first complete new build construction contract — and this was the home that started it all.

Looking back, this project came with its fair share of challenges. Every step was a learning curve, every decision a new experience. At the time, it felt like the odds were stacked against us, but we kept pushing forward, problem-solving, and finding a way to get to the finish line.

Fast forward to today, those challenges have long faded — but what remains is what really matters, the memories.

For the homeowners, it’s been 13 years filled with memories in a place they call home.
For us, it will always be remembered as the project that started our journey.

Every home has a story… this one will always be our first.
