We planned and drafted this house, took it to drywall stage, where our new homeowners then stepped in to customize and put their own personal flair on things. They were able to choose their flooring, paint, cabinets, lighting, backsplash, countertops…all the fun things!

They built their own laundry room vanity, which turned out beautifully. We love working with homeowners to add that special touch to their homes…your home should reflect your style and personality!

We burned the midnight oil getting this one ready for the big move, and we are happy to say it has now safely landed on its foundation and our homeowners are gearing up to move in very soon 🤩

Our home renovation 🤍

We added a shiplap ceiling, with beams. Refinished existing cupboards, and added some new ones. Put in new counter tops. Took down a few walls, modified the entry doorway, relocated a closet. Framed in a living room fireplace, and added a mantle. Replaced light fixtures, and moved some basic electrical around. We refinished 3 bathroom vanities and put in new counter tops there as well. We re-tiled the bathrooms, and applied gallons and gallons (and gallons) of paint to the entire main floor of our home. We finished it off with a red brick tile wall, making it feel like home sweet home.

It wasn’t the greatest time to tackle a full home renovation at the height of our 3 boys’ hockey seasons, but we survived!! And we did it in record time, just over 3 weeks.

A frigid day in February seems like the perfect time to share this beautiful Pelican Point cabin we finished up before Christmas.

Take a look at that covered patio, and imagine yourself in +30 temps, with the sun shining, friends and family gathered, cheers’ing with ice cold beverages 🍻

We finished up this gorgeous lake house a few weeks ago…it sits on the south side of Buffalo Lake, and we think it’s absolutely stunning!! The finishes the home owners chose are absolute perfection…wouldn’t you agree?

As always, a huge shout out to our AMAZING crew and sub contractors. We are proud to say we work with some of the very best!!
