Another new furnace installed by Captain's Plumbing & Heating.

The old furnace had a bad secondary heat exchanger. Which, unfortunately, is very common for this type of first Gen high efficient furnace.

We were able to swap out the old for the new. In a day and get the homeowner some reliable heat. Just before the upcoming cold snap.

Here's a bathtub renovation we recently completed.

Out with the old tub and glue up walls.
In with a new MAAX bathtub with acrylic walls, direct to studs.
We also installed a new Moen shower valve.

We recently removed this old atmospheric water heater and installed a Navien NPE-240 tankless water heater.

Having a tankless water heater opens up some space in your mechanical room and, of course, gives you endless hot water!

Another great install by Captain's Plumbing & Heating

The homeowners were renovating their main floor and wanted to open up the space by removing a wall.
Unfortunately the chimney was inside that wall.

We removed their old atmospheric vented water heater and installed a new higher efficient, fan assisted water heater.
Which vents out the side of their house, so they can remove the old chimney and open up their living room.

Another sump pump was replaced.

The average life of a quality sump pump is 7-10 years. Depending on how often it works.
If your sump pump is frequently running, the reliable life expectancy can drop to 5 years.
