Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grain Center Assistant to join our team during the busy harvest season. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is comfortable performing physical tasks outdoors.

Responsibilities

* Sample grain from incoming deliveries for quality testing.
* Assist with loading and unloading grain trucks safely and efficiently.
* Perform quality control inspections to ensure grain meets company standards.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
* Follow all workplace safety procedures.
* Complete assigned tasks independently while supporting the team when needed.

Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Work Schedule

* Seasonal employment from August 1 through the end of November.
* Hours may vary depending on weather conditions and harvest demands.
* Some evening and weekend shifts are required.
