We don't typically celebrate all the holidays out there… but this is a big one!
🌾 It's WORLD FOOD DAY!

And our President (and farmer) Dennis Bulani has many great things to say about it. As a fourth-generation family farmer, Dennis put it simply: “For me, farming isn't just a job—it's a responsibility.”

Today we're celebrating the growers who carry that responsibility every single season. Thank you for everything you put on our plates.

📖 Grab Dennis's book, What a Farmer Wants You to Know About Food, on Amazon or at your local Rack retail. Learn more at trustyourplate.com

🌾 10 MORE BUSHELS PER ACRE? Now that's worth talking about!

Fresh off the field and straight from our UY Research trials near Naicam!

Our 2026 nitrogen form and timing trial showed that adding Centuro to fall-applied anhydrous ammonia (NH₃) resulted in approximately a 10 bu/ac increase in canola yield compared to NH₃ alone!

Both treatments received the same fertility program:
🌱 110 lbs. of N as fall-applied NH₃
🌱 30-40-30-25 side-banded at seeding
🌱 Alpine G22 applied in-furrow

Same fertility program. One added stabilizer. A notable difference in yield.

It's results like these that keep us digging for more, testing products and finding ways to help growers get more from every acre.

📞 Talk to your local Rack advisor about our UY Research results and what they could mean for your farm!

10/13/2026

Put your dollars and cents where they make sense!

Make the most of your fertilizer investment.

It all starts with knowing what's happening below the surface. With soil sampling and a customized fertility plan from The Rack, you can make informed decisions about where your fertilizer dollars go — and how to make the most of every acre.

📞 Contact your local Rack advisor to book your fall soil sampling and start planning for 2027!
