Xebec announced today its 2022 second quarter results.

“Q2 saw more developments under our Centers of Excellence Framework while navigating through macroeconomic events contributing to the supply chain and inflationary pressures worldwide. As indicated, we captured the costs associated with our legacy RNG contracts associated with discontinuing the product line in the quarter. We will continue to work to drive down costs within our framework and may consider other options such as asset divestitures or joint ventures to further enhance our liquidity. With that being said, we are encouraged to see the level of commercial activity across our business verticals and the potential impact from legislation such as the pending Inflation Reduction Act of 2022,” stated Jim Vounassis, President and CEO of Xebec Adsorption Inc.

« Le deuxième trimestre a été marqué par de nouveaux développements en ce qui a trait au Cadre des Centres d’excellence, tout en naviguant à travers les événements macroéconomiques qui ont continué à créer des pressions sur la chaîne d’approvisionnement et l’inflation dans le monde entier. Comme nous l'avions mentionné, nous avons pris en compte les coûts associés à nos anciens contrats GNR en lien avec l’arrêt de la gamme de produits au cours du trimestre. Nous continuerons à travailler pour réduire les coûts dans notre cadre de référence et pourrions envisager d'autres options telles que des cessions d'actifs ou de coentreprises pour améliorer nos liquidités. Cela étant dit, nous sommes encouragés par le niveau d'activité commerciale dans tous nos secteurs d'activité et par l'impact potentiel de la législation telles que la loi Inflation Reduction Act de 2022 non encore approuvé, » a déclaré Jim Vounassis, président du conseil, président et chef de la direction de Xebec Adsorption Inc.
