This basement development was very satisfying to work on. The clients had a clear vision and were well prepared for project start which made everything go smoothly.

We made a big change by removing the walls and door entrance to the basement on the main floor to create a more open space.

The bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower with beautiful tile as well a custom millwork for towels and supplies.

The accent wall was a beautiful detail that adds some visual appeal to the basement as well.

Here's a renovation White Spruce completed this summer. Although the full scope of this job included new flooring throughout the main floor, a new half bath on the second storey, the addition of sliding doors for backyard access, and a main floor bathroom renovation, the major change was the removal of a load bearing wall and other partition walls to open up the floor plan and show off the new kitchen.

This renovation was a major change. As you can see from the before photos, we were able to open this kitchen up and give the bathroom a major overhaul.
Removal of a chimney no longer in use, made it possible to open up the kitchen. Eliminating the double door and adding the wooden benches with drawers also helped increase the space while maintaining plenty of room for storage.
The homeowners were able to use a clawfoot tub for the new bathroom design. With the tile wainscoting and penny tile floor, the bathroom has a classic look that matches the character of this 100 year old home.

It's a good feeling when you can transform your kitchen into a bright space.
A full overhaul of the kitchen added more counter, cabinet, and seating space, giving it an open feeling.
A few custom features such as the wine rack open cabinet, floating live edge shelf, breakfast bar, and custom barn door added some character to this project.

Here's another bathroom renovation we completed.
We got removed the old whirlpool bath tub and stand alone shower to give them a spacious walk in shower.
Some of the other features of this project are:
- New tile floor and tile baseboard
- New double vanity with quartz countertop and undergoing sink
- Removed old ceiling texture and finished with a clean, flat look
- New bathroom fan and hardware
- New toilet
- New fixtures
- New paint

We really enjoyed working the clients on this one and think they did a great job picking the finishes.
