🏡 Progress Update

There's a lot happening behind the walls this week as the electrical, plumbing and ventilation rough-ins come together.

While these systems will soon be hidden behind insulation and drywall, they're some of the most important parts of a quality-built home. Taking the time to plan and install everything properly now means better performance, greater reliability and fewer headaches in the years ahead.

We'd also like to extend a sincere thank you to all of our subcontractors. Every trade plays an important role, and it's the pride, skill and attention to detail they bring to each stage that helps make projects like this a success. We appreciate the hard work and professionalism each of you brings to the job.

Another milestone checked off, and we're looking forward to moving on to insulation and drywall in the coming weeks.

What a transformation!

Looking back at where this home started makes it even more rewarding to see where it is today.

One week of progress. 🏡

It's been a productive week on site.

In just a few days, this project has gone from a finished slab to a fully framed bungalow with the roof sheathed. It's always rewarding to see a set of plans start taking shape.

This home is being built as a senior-friendly rental, with a focus on comfortable, accessible, and low-maintenance living.

A big thank you to our crew for another week of quality work. Every stage matters, and we're looking forward to keeping the momentum going as we move into the next phase.

🚧 Construction Update!

✅ The walk-in shower has officially been ordered!

On site, the slab base is well underway, and we're getting closer to pouring concrete. It's exciting to see this project starting to take shape!

We'll be sharing updates every step of the way as this 2-bedroom bungalow comes to life.
