Voir des étudiants débarquer dans l'atelier, toucher à tout, grandir d'une semaine à l'autre… c'est une des choses qu'on aime le plus chez Norclair.

Les postes découverts, les techniques apprises, les petites surprises du métier. Ce qui part comme un job d'été finit parfois par devenir bien plus grand que ça.

C'est comme ça que naît une passion. ✨

Gaétan｜Ébéniste AAA ⭐️
Ébéniste depuis 1990 (avec un petit détour avant de revenir chez Norclair en 2010 😉), Gaétan est un visage bien connu de l’atelier. Et honnêtement, on ne pourrait plus s’en passer.
Quand il est question de techniques d’assemblage, c’est LA référence. Un doute, une question ou un défi un peu plus complexe ? Il y a de bonnes chances qu’on vous réponde : « Va voir Gaétan » 😌
Son savoir-faire est aussi grand que sa générosité, et il n’hésite jamais à partager son expérience avec l’équipe.
Quand il n’est pas à l’atelier, Gaétan est soit au bord de l’eau à pêcher, soit en compagnie de son perroquet 🦜

A cabinetmaker since 1990 (with a brief detour before returning to Norclair in 2010 😉), Gaétan is one of those people who has become part of the workshop’s everyday rhythm. And honestly, we couldn’t imagine the shop without him.
When it comes to joinery techniques, he’s the go to person. A question, a tricky detail, or a more complex challenge? Chances are, someone will say: “Go ask Gaétan” 😌
As generous with his knowledge as he is with his time, he’s always happy to share his experience with the team.
When he’s not in the workshop, you’ll likely find Gaétan either by the water fishing or spending time with his parrot 🦜

Toujours la même passion 👀

Richard, c’est un pilier de l’atelier. Arrivé à 17 ans sans expérience, il a grandi avec Norclair, projet après projet, défi après défi.

Aujourd’hui, c’est un mentor, un formateur, et surtout quelqu’un qui met tout son cœur dans ce qu’il fait. 🔧

Et quand on parle de passion… Il suffit de voir la MÉGA maquette de train qu’il a construite chez lui 🚂 Un univers complet, pensé dans les moindres détails. Comme son travail.
