We recently had a big craning day at the Maryland Park School Addition. The second-floor hollowcore was lifted into place. The project is progressing really well and is scheduled for opening in September 2026, adding 14 new classrooms to the existing Brandon elementary school.

We're on track to hand over the keys to the Best Western Plus Hotel in Neepawa, MB by the end of May 2025. Suites are furnished, appliances are installed, and millwork is complete. The pool tiling, front access canopy, kitchen appliances, and corridor and suite flooring and wallpaper are all done.

Look at this progress! 😍🏨 A year ago, our team alongside our sub contractors began the Best Western Plus Hotel project located in Neepawa, Manitoba. We are this project's design-builder and can't wait to see the finished result.

Interior work on the 4th floor is underway, carpet tiles have been installed. Painting, and wall and shower tiles are in progress. The work will continue to the lower floors as it progresses. Millwork for the rooms is scheduled to arrive at the beginning of February!
