Project Complete!

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the industrial addition at 45 Roy Blvd, Brantford. This expansion delivers over 11,600 sq. ft. of new warehouse space designed for efficiency and long-term growth. The project features upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, including radiant gas heating, efficient ventilation, and storm drainage connections, along with modern LED lighting, emergency signage, and controls to enhance safety and energy performance. Built with durable, fire-rated construction and complete with new overhead and access doors, this addition was designed and executed to meet Ontario Building Code requirements while maximizing functionality for our client’s operations.

Bright, modern, and built to bring people together!

The Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, located at 17 Washington St. in Paris, is a historic Gothic-style church built in 1857. The church has recently expanded with the addition of a 516.3 m² (5,557.4 ft²) parish hall and an 83.3 m² (896.6 ft²) garage. This new multi-purpose space features soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and a flexible layout—perfect for community events and gatherings. Proudly delivered by Paulsan Construction Inc.

A proud look back at the completion of the Massilly North America warehouse in Brantford, ON.

This 43,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered facility stands tall at 40’, built as an expansion to a 300,000 sq. ft. food-grade operation. Featuring custom vertical metal siding, a standing seam roof, and a sophisticated booster pump system for fire suppression, this design-build project is a true showcase of precision, partnership, and performance.

Breaking ground in Brantford! We’ve officially started pouring concrete footings for a new 10,600 sq ft industrial warehouse. Big progress on-site this week as the foundation work kicks into gear. Solid footing today, strong structure tomorrow!

Paulsan Construction Inc. teamed up with the KW Urban Native Wigwam Project to provide appropriate and affordable rental units with support services for vulnerable Indigenous households in need of stable housing. This 4-storey Apartment Building was completed to provide 30 much needed affordable housing units in Kitchener, Ontario.

We are ecstatic to share the Toronto Aboriginal Support Services Council new 3,000-square-foot headquarters! Designed by Indigenous people, for Indigenous people, the interior renovation reflects cultural values and traditions. The project features Emily Kewageshig’s mural of the Seven Grandfather Teachings and reclaimed timber installations by Jon Bird, such as the Ojibwe Star Blanket wall and Quillwork Stitch feature wall. What an incredible opportunity and experience working with this team.

We are proud to have worked with City of Guelph to restore the Waterworks Engine House and Pumping Station.

Built in 1879 and designated as a protected heritage building in 1997, the building had recently been used for storage purposes and fallen into disrepair.

This multiple award winning project has now transformed the facility into a vibrant and fully accessible contemporary administrative space for the City of Guelph.

The client and project team's commitment to conservation standards ensured a seamless blend of modern building science and heritage preservation.
