A successful installation featuring KeepRite Refrigeration's 2-suction-group, water-cooled Mini Rack equipped with:

· 3 Medium temperature compressors - digital lead
· 4 Low temperature compressors equipped with plate heat exchanger
· E3 CPC Controller
· MRLDS-450 Leak Detector

This project also included a total of 15 KLP and KTM medium and low temperature coils, all supplied with EEVs for tighter temperature control!

Shown here is a 4-fan KHP High Profile Evaporator. Designed for large warehouse and industrial cooler and freezer installations, the KHP is also available for blast cooler and blast freezer applications.

A closer look at a KeepRite Refrigeration Rack.

Designed as an indoor parallel compressor package, the rack can be configured with large scroll, semi-hermetic or screw compressors depending on the application.

The layout provides space for a range of receiver and oil separator sizes, multiple branch circuits, and electrical panels that house the compressor electrical components, branch circuits, and control boards.

Everything is brought together within a heavy-duty structural frame, with a layout designed to keep the components organized and accessible.

For installers working on larger refrigeration systems, there’s a lot happening inside one rack.
