Our technicians completely stripped down the assembly, meticulously inspected the components, and uncovered severe pitting and wear on the bearing surfaces (swipe to see the damage!).
What we did:
• Full teardown and precision inspection of the pinion shaft.
• Identified critical surface wear and failure points on the old bearings.
• Sourced, prepped, and precision-installed brand-new spherical roller bearings.
• Safely wrapped and secured the finished assembly for transport back to the site.
